Oil: Karpoora (Camphor), Mahanarayana Thailam, Dhanwantaram Thailam, Chinchadi Thailam. Tablet: Guggulu (Commiphora mukul), Shallaki (Boswellia serrata), Rasna (Alpinia galanga), Ashwagandha. Ointment: Karpooram (Camphor), Mahaa Naarayana Thailam, Dhaanwantharam Thailam, Chinchaadi Thailam, Pudina (Peppermint), Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), Coconut Oil / Sesame Oil Base.

Oil: Apply a few drops gently over the painful area. It can be used 4 to 6 times a day, depending on the severity of the pain. Tablet: Typically 2 tablets twice daily initially, followed by a maintenance dose of 1 tablet twice daily, taken with lukewarm water after meals. Ointment: Apply a small amount to the affected area and massage gently until fully absorbed. It can be used 2-3 times a day.

Oil: Should not be ingested or applied to eyes and mucous membranes. Tablet: Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medications like anticoagulants. Ointment: Avoid applying to broken or irritated skin, eyes, or mucous membranes. A patch test is recommended for sensitive skin. Use under guidance of a healthcare professional.
