Punarnava, Ginger, Pippali, Haritaki, Vibhitaki, Amalaki, Jaggery

15 ml to 30 ml (approx. 3 to 4 teaspoons) twice daily mixed with an equal quantity of water after meals.

Acts as a natural diuretic; reduces edema and swelling; supports kidney functions.
