Bilva, Neem, Ginger, specialized herbo-mineral cooling extracts, Sesame or Mustard oil base.

Warm the oil slightly and instill 2 to 4 drops into the affected ear canal (Karna Purana) 1 to 2 times daily, or as per discomfort severity.

Eases ringing sensations in the ears (tinnitus), checks minor earaches, reduces local dryness, and guards the ear canal against minor infections.

For local ear instillation only; do not swallow as an oral medicine. Wipe away any excess oil draining out of the canal with clean cotton.
