Purified Mercury (Shuddha Parada), Purified Sulfur (Shuddha Gandhaka), Swarna Bhasma (Gold Calx), Loha Bhasma (Iron Calx), Tamra Bhasma (Copper Calx), Naga Bhasma (Lead Calx), Vanga Bhasma (Tin Calx), and Abhrak Bhasma (Mica Calx).

125 mg to 250 mg (1–2 tablets) once or twice daily, typically administered with warm milk, honey, or ginger juice.

Highly beneficial in managing hemiplegia, facial paralysis, sciatica, cervical spondylosis, and localized muscle wasting. It balances Vata Dosha and rejuvenates the nervous system.
