2 grams to 4 grams (approx. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon) twice daily, after meals with warm water or buttermilk, or adjust as per bowel condition severity.

Binds loose stools, controls frequent motions, manages amoebic or bacillary dysentery, and relieves irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) flares.

Highly effective for loose stools. Discontinue use once standard digestive functions normalize to avoid triggering constipation.
