Oil: Gandhpuro Tail (Wintergreen Oil), Saral Devdar Tail (Turpentine/Pine Oil), Vishagarbha Tailam, Nirgundi Tailam, Nilgiri Tailam (Eucalyptus Oil)

Tablets: Take 1 to 2 tablets twice a day (or up to 3 tablets depending on severity), ideally with warm water or milk.
Oil: Gently spread roughly 2.5 ml of the oil directly over the inflamed or painful area. Rub smoothly for a few minutes until the skin fully absorbs the liquid.
